What is This Empanelment About?

Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Regional Office Panaji is building a panel of advocates to represent ESIC in courts across Goa. As a panel advocate, you will handle cases at the High Court of Bombay (Goa Bench), ESI Courts, Magistrate Courts, and District Consumer Forum. This is not a monthly salary post -- you get paid per case. High Court cases pay Rs. 25,000 per case, while other courts pay Rs. 5,000 per case. No retainer fee is paid just for being on the panel.

Selection Process

Your application will first be shortlisted by a committee of three members based on your profile, documents, and past performance. If shortlisted, you will be called for an interaction (interview) before a panel of two ESIC Senior Officers and three law experts. Priority goes to advocates with longer practice experience and specialization in Labour Law. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interaction.
