Selection Process
Selection is based on merit and interview — no written exam:

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for collection and analysis of FRA, MPR, QPR and other periodic information related to the implementation of the Forest Rights Act, 2006
- Train and coordinate with Forest Rights Committee members, Gram Sabha members, and field workers on Sections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Act
- Assist in the constitution and reconstitution meetings of Sub-Division level committees and follow up on committee directions
- Support documentation and updating of Forest Rights records in relevant department registers
- Help implement the department's information technology systems and forest rights MIS
- Coordinate field visits and resolve implementation issues with committees and stakeholders
- Ensure coordination between District, Sub-Division, Gram Sabha, and field-level staff for effective FRA delivery
- Organise awareness camps, workshops, and consultation meetings on Forest Rights Act
