Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) Executive Chef Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post
ANIIDCO has invited applications for the post of Executive Chef (Group B, General Category) at Dolphin Resort, Swaraj Dweep in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. This is a direct recruitment by ANIIDCO. The selected candidate will get the salary as per Level-6 of the 7th Pay Commission along with Dearness Allowance, Special Compensatory Allowance (SCA), HRA, TA, and Island Special Duty Allowance (ISDA).
Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: You must have a minimum 2nd class three years Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Administration from a Government-recognised Institute in India, or an equivalent Degree/Diploma from abroad approved by the Government of India.
- Experience: You need at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in 3-5 Star Hotels or Resorts.
- Mark sheets alone will not be accepted — you must submit the Degree, Provisional certificate, or an Order/letter for equivalent qualification.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 35 years (as on closing date 29 May 2026)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Government Servants: 5 years
- Age relaxation is also available to contract employees of ANIIDCO subject to conditions (they should not have been over-age at the time of initial engagement).
- Persons already in government service must apply through their employer.
Salary
- Pay scale: Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400) as per 7th Pay Commission
- You will also get Dearness Allowance, SCA (Special Compensatory Allowance), HRA, TA, and ISDA (Island Special Duty Allowance) as per rules
- Leave Travel Concession (LTC) and AFSP also as per rules
Selection Process
Selection is purely merit-based with no written exam:
- Shortlisting: ANIIDCO has the right to shortlist candidates with higher qualifications and experience.

- Merit-based Selection based on qualification and experience.

Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare menus for the kitchen at Dolphin Resort, Swaraj Dweep
- Supervise cooks and kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation
- Manage food cost control, portion size, and kitchen inventory
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI standards in all kitchen operations
- Train kitchen staff on new recipes, techniques, and safety protocols
- Handle guest feedback related to food and coordinate with the resort management
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on kitchen operations and cost
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
2nd class three years Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Administration from a Government-recognised Institute in India (or equivalent Degree/Diploma from abroad approved by Government of India)
Required Skills
Menu planning, kitchen management, food costing, team supervision, knowledge of 3-5 star hotel kitchen operations
