About This Job

Odisha State Warehousing Corporation (OSWC) is hiring 30 staff members across two posts — 11 Assistant Superintendents (Group-C) and 19 Warehouse Assistants (Group-D). If you are a graduate aged 21 to 42 years, you can apply online. The last date to apply is 14 June 2026 (5:00 PM). Pay is under Level-4 (Rs. 5200-20200) for Assistant Superintendent and Level-2 (Rs. 4930-14680) for Warehouse Assistant, plus DA and other allowances.

OSWC Recruitment 2026 - 30 Posts (Advt. No. 2091)

Odisha State Warehousing Corporation (OSWC) has released notification vide Advt. No. 2091 dated 12.05.2026 for 30 regular posts in its corporate office and field offices across Odisha. Out of 30 posts, 9 posts are reserved for women (W-03 in Assistant Superintendent and W-06 in Warehouse Assistant). Selection is through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification. The exam is tentatively planned for July 2026.

Who Can Apply?

For Assistant Superintendent (Pay Level-4):

• MBA with specialisation in Personnel Management, HR, Industrial Relations, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance, OR BBA from a recognised University/Institution with at least 60% marks
• OR a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology or Chemistry from a recognised University with at least 60% marks
• Must be proficient in computer use (Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)

For Warehouse Assistant (Pay Level-2):

• Any Graduate from a recognised university
• Must have basic knowledge of computers

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 42 years
• Age reference date: 1 April 2026
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen is given in the long advertisement as per Odisha Government rules.

Salary

• Assistant Superintendent: Pay Band Rs. 5,200 - Rs. 20,200 (Level-4, Cell-1) under ORSP Rules, 2017
• Warehouse Assistant: Pay Band Rs. 4,930 - Rs. 14,680 (Level-2, Cell-1) under ORSP Rules, 2017
• You will also get Dearness Allowance and other allowances and perks as admissible to OSWC employees from time to time

Application Fee

• Unreserved / SEBC / Ex-Servicemen / Departmental candidates: Rs. 850 (Rs. 500 application fee + Rs. 350 intimation charges)
• SC / ST / PwD candidates: Rs. 350 (only intimation charges; application fee is NIL)

Selection Process

Selection will be done in two stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Conducted by the recruiting agency on behalf of OSWC. The detailed exam plan and syllabus are in the long advertisement. The CBT is tentatively scheduled for July 2026.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for verification of original documents.

• Handle day-to-day operations at OSWC warehouses across Odisha
• Manage stock records, receipts, and delivery of stored commodities
• Supervise loading, unloading, and proper stacking of stored produce
• Maintain quality of stored goods and report any damage or pest issues
• Prepare reports on warehouse capacity, occupancy, and movement of stock
• Coordinate with depositors, transporters, and government agencies
• Follow OSWC (Staff) Regulations and standard operating procedures
• Assist senior officers in inspections, audits, and statutory compliance
