• Paper IV - Technical Land Paper: Public land encroachment law, Indian Stamp Act, Registration Act, Mizoram land survey and settlement law, and Survey Manual 2020. This paper carries 100 marks and runs for 3 hours.
• Language: Questions will be set and answered in English only.
• Question type: Papers III and IV will have 50% MCQ questions and 50% conventional questions.

Disqualification Points

• Canvassing: Direct or indirect canvassing can disqualify you.
• Wrong details: Incomplete, incorrect or unsupported application details can lead to rejection.
