Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO), a State Public Sector Undertaking under the A&N Administration, has released Vacancy Notice for 1 Deputy General Manager (Tourism) post at its Vikas Bhawan headquarters in Sri Vijaya Puram. The post will be filled through a composite method of deputation and direct recruitment. Candidates from the hotel management and tourism background are encouraged to apply.

Who Can Apply?

For Direct Recruitment

• Qualification: You must have a 3-year Hotel Management Degree/Diploma after 12th, preferably from an Institute of Hotel Management, OR a Master's in Tourism Administration / Master's in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years managerial experience in handling tourism activities in a Tourism Organization or Hotel.

For Deputation

• Officers under the Central/State Government, UTs, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government Organizations, Autonomous Organizations or Tourism Development Corporations.
• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre, OR
• 5 years service in Level-9 (Rs. 53,100 - Rs. 1,67,800) or equivalent, OR
• 7 years service in Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 - Rs. 1,42,400) or equivalent in the parent cadre.
• Period of deputation: Maximum 3 years, with initial appointment for 1 year extendable as per rules.

Age Limit

• Direct Recruitment: Maximum age 40 years as on the closing date of application (12 June 2026).
• Deputation: Maximum age 56 years as on the closing date.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC candidates get 3 years, and PwBD candidates get 10 years (additional 5 years for SC/ST and 8 years for OBC) as per DoPT rules.
• Age relaxation also applies to contract employees already serving in ANIIDCO, subject to their initial engagement age criteria.

Salary

• Pay Scale: Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700 - Rs. 2,08,700).
• You will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), TLA, HRA, TA, ISDA, LTC and AFSP as admissible under rules (except for contract engagement).
• Selected candidates appointed on contract from the mainland will be granted Annual Free Sea Passage.
• Deputation candidates will get Deputation Allowance as per rules.
