• Graduate degree with at least 45% marks from a recognised university
• D.Ed / B.Ed / D.El.Ed qualification
• CG-TET / TET (Upper Primary level) qualified
• Subject-specific eligibility (Math, English, Sanskrit, Social Science) as per notification

PT Teacher (Vyayam Shikshak) - Rs. 35,400/month

• Higher Secondary (12th) pass with 45% marks
• Graduate with D.P.Ed / B.P.Ed

Assistant Teacher (Sahayak Shikshak) - Rs. 25,300/month

• Higher Secondary (12th) pass with 45% marks
• D.Ed / D.El.Ed qualification
• CG-TET / TET (Primary level) qualified

Librarian (Granthpal) - Rs. 22,400/month

• Graduate with second class
• B.Lib degree mandatory
• Preference to English medium candidates

Domicile: You must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh and have a domicile certificate from the competent authority.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years as on 01 January 2026
• Maximum age: 35 years as on 01 January 2026
• SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Up to 5 years age relaxation
• Women candidates: Up to 10 years relaxation (max age 45 years)
• Chhattisgarh state residents: Additional 5 years relaxation (max age 40 years)
• PwD candidates: Age relaxation as per General Administration Department rules

Salary

• Lecturer (Vyakhyata): Rs. 38,100 per month (fixed lumpsum)
• Teacher / PT Teacher: Rs. 35,400 per month (fixed lumpsum)
• Assistant Teacher: Rs. 25,300 per month (fixed lumpsum)
• Librarian: Rs. 22,400 per month (fixed lumpsum)
• No DA, HRA or other allowances will be given. No annual increment.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on academic merit only:

1. Merit List from Academic Marks: Calculated post-wise as per the weightage table below.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of certificates.
3. Final Selection: Based on merit, subject to satisfactory medical fitness certificate within 7 days of joining.

Weightage of marks:

• Lecturer: 12th (20%) + Graduation (30%) + Post Graduation (50%) = 100
• Teacher / PT Teacher / Computer Teacher: 10th (20%) + 12th (30%) + Graduation (50%) = 100
• Assistant Teacher: 10th (40%) + 12th (60%) = 100
• Librarian: 10th (20%) + 12th (30%) + Graduation (50%) = 100

There is no written exam and no interview.
