Mizoram PSC UDC Recruitment 2026 (MSLSA)

Mizoram PSC is hiring 7 Upper Division Clerks (UDC) under the Mizoram State Legal Services Authority. Mizoram PSC UDC Recruitment 2026 - 7 Posts (Advertisement No. 14 of 2026-2027)

The Mizoram Public Service Commission has released Advertisement No. 14 of 2026-2027 to fill 7 Upper Division Clerk (UDC) posts in the Mizoram State Legal Services Authority (MSLSA) under the Law & Judicial Department. One post is reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (Blindness & Low Vision). These are Group 'B' (Non-Gazetted) regular posts and selection happens through a written examination conducted by MPSC plus a personal interview by MSLSA.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University.
• Computer Proficiency: You need computer proficiency as per the Mizoram Group A, B and C posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
• Mizo Language Proficiency: You must pass the qualifying test in Mizo language. If you studied Mizo subject in Class X (HSLC) or above within Mizoram, or took Mizo as MIL outside Mizoram, you are exempted from this test.
• Government Servants: If you are already in government service, you must apply through proper channel.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 35 years old as on 1 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Upper age is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates, or as notified by the government.
• HSLC/HSSLC certificate is accepted as age proof.

Salary

• You will be paid in Pay Level 6 of the Pay Matrix.
• The pay range is approximately Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month (7th CPC).
• You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Mizoram government rules.

Application Fee

• You can pay the fee online through the MPSC portal (UPI must use the registered mobile number).
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): No fee — fully exempted.
• Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Selection Process

The selection happens in the following stages:

1. Written Examination: Conducted by MPSC at all district headquarters of Mizoram. Syllabus is available on the Commission's website.
2. Mizo Language Proficiency Test: Qualifying test (waived if you studied Mizo in HSLC or as MIL).
3. Personal Interview: Conducted by the Mizoram State Legal Services Authority.
4. Document Verification against the uploaded certificates.

How to Apply

1. Go to the MPSC online portal at mpsconline.mizoram.gov.in.
2. Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) if you have not done it yet.
3. Fill in the online application form for Advertisement No. 14 of 2026-2027.
4. Upload your HSLC marksheets & certificates, graduation documents, computer proficiency certificate, Mizo language proof, and age proof.
5. Pay the application fee online (PwD candidates skip this step).
6. Verify the submission status and take a printout for your records.
