Salary

- In-hand salary: Approximately Rs. 1,00,000 per month after adding HRA, DA, and medical allowances.

Selection Process
Selection is done in three stages:

- Personal Interview (Viva Voce): 100 marks. Final merit is based on Mains + Interview total.

- Hear and decide civil cases assigned by the High Court in the Bihar Judicial Service
- Pass judgements and orders based on facts and applicable law
- Maintain court records and prepare detailed case orders
- Supervise court staff and manage daily court proceedings
- Conduct hearings, examine witnesses, and review evidence
- Follow procedural rules under CPC, CrPC, and other relevant laws
- Attend judicial training programs and refresher courses

LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a Bar Council of India recognised university
