Forest Research Institute (FRI), under the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), is hiring for the project Genetic improvements of Azadirachta indica to develop dwarf genotypes and neem products with enriched active constituents. Project Associate - Chemistry/Biochemistry
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- Useful skills: Experience in biochemical analysis of forest trees or medicinal plants is preferred.
Field work note: You should be ready to travel, stay in difficult field locations, and collect samples for project work when needed.
Age Limit
- Project Scientist-II: Maximum age is 40 years as on 01 June 2026.
- Project Associate: Maximum age is 35 years as on 01 June 2026.

Salary
- Project Scientist-II: Fixed pay of Rs. 67,000 per month.
