• Age: Maximum age limit is 35 years.
• Desirable: PhD in Biostatistics & Demography, experience in public policy/health systems, and at least 5 PubMed publications.

For Data Manager (Rs. 60,000/month):

• Qualification: 1st Class Master's in Public Health/related field, or an MBA with a focus on data analytics.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a progressive role, with hands-on experience or a certification in SPSS, Python and Advanced Excel.
• Desirable: 3-5 years of experience exclusively in data analysis, research, or database administration.

Age Limit

• For Project Coordinator, you should be 35 years or younger.
• No specific age limit has been mentioned for the Data Manager post.

Salary

• Project Coordinator: Consolidated salary of Rs. 80,000 per month (10% TDS deduction applicable).
• Data Manager: Consolidated salary of Rs. 60,000 per month.
• No other allowance or facility apart from the consolidated salary is admissible for either post.

Selection Process

The selection will be done as follows:

1. Written Exam and/or Interview: The recruitment committee may select candidates through a written exam, an interview, or both.
2. Joining: Selected candidates must join within 5 days of the result being declared.

Other Important Terms

• This engagement is purely on a contract basis — it does not create any claim to a regular or permanent post at AIIMS Rishikesh.
• An Employee Performance Indicator will be used to track your work on the project.
• If your performance is not satisfactory, the Principal Investigator or Nodal Officer can end the contract without prior notice.
• If you want to leave before your contract ends, you must give a one-month notice — or deposit one month's salary instead.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, and no allowance is paid apart from the consolidated salary.
