Who Can Apply?

Super Speciality Doctor (Professor of Neonatology) - Rs. 1,00,000/month:

• MBBS or equivalent qualification, with MD in Paediatrics and DM/DNB in Neonatology
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience as Associate Professor of Neonatology in an NMC-recognised medical college

Specialist Doctor - Paediatrics - Rs. 78,000/month:

• MBBS with a Medical PG Degree/Diploma in Paediatrics, or DNB in Paediatrics
• Permanent registration under TCMC/Kerala Medical Council for MBBS and PG
• Preference given to candidates with a Developmental Paediatrics fellowship or equivalent certification

Audiologist cum Speech Therapist (MIU) / Audiologist (NPPCD) - Rs. 30,000/month:

• Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP)
• Valid RCI Registration
• 3 years of post-qualification experience

Assistant Quality Assurance Officer - Rs. 30,000/month:

• MHA or equivalent (MSc in Hospital Management / MBA Health Care Management / MBA Hospital Administration)
• 2 years of post-qualification experience in Hospital or Quality Assurance is desirable

Lady Health Visitor - Rs. 24,000/month:

• Retired PHN / PHNS / PHN Tutor / DPHN / MCH Officer from the Kerala Health Department
• Valid KNC Registration

Staff Nurse - Rs. 20,500/month:

• GNM or BSc Nursing
• Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration

Counsellor - Rs. 20,500/month:

• MSW with specialization in Medical & Psychiatry or Counselling
• 1 year post-qualification experience in Counselling

Pharmacist - Rs. 17,000/month:

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm / Diploma in Pharmacy
• Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council Registration
• 1 year post-qualification experience

Junior Health Inspector - Rs. 17,000/month:

• Plus Two (12th) pass from a recognised institution
• Diploma in Health Inspector Course
• Para Medical Council registration

Age Limit

• Super Speciality Doctor & Specialist Doctor: Not to exceed 63 years as on 01 July 2026.
• Lady Health Visitor: Not to exceed 57 years as on 01 July 2026.
• Audiologist, Assistant Quality Assurance Officer, Staff Nurse, Counsellor, Pharmacist, and Junior Health Inspector: Not to exceed 40 years as on 01 July 2026.

Salary

• Super Speciality Doctor (Professor of Neonatology): Rs. 1,00,000 per month (consolidated)
• Specialist Doctor - Paediatrics: Rs. 78,000 per month, or Rs. 2,000 per sitting (maximum 3 hours on designated days)
• Audiologist cum Speech Therapist and Assistant Quality Assurance Officer: Rs. 30,000 per month
• Lady Health Visitor: Rs. 24,000 per month
• Staff Nurse and Counsellor: Rs. 20,500 per month
• Pharmacist and Junior Health Inspector: Rs. 17,000 per month

All salaries listed are consolidated monthly remuneration — no separate DA, HRA or allowances are mentioned in the notification.
