SGPGIMS Lucknow is hiring 1 Joint Director (Administration) on deputation basis. SGPGIMS Joint Director (Administration) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow has released an offline recruitment notice (Advt. No. I/06/Rectt/2026-27) for the post of Joint Director (Administration). This is a Group A deputation post under the institute's administrative block. The initial deputation period will be 3 years from the date of appointment, with possible extension at the discretion of the Competent Authority. Only serving officers from Central, State, PCS, UT Government, PSUs, Universities, Statutory and Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations can apply.

Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualification

• You must be a Graduate with 55% marks or above from a recognised university.
• You must also hold an MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management of 2 years duration or equivalent.

Experience Required

• You must be a serving officer under any of these: Central / State / PCS / UT Government, PSUs, Universities, Statutory and Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations.
• You should be holding an analogous post (Level-13) on regular basis, OR
• Working at Level-12 for at least 5 years on regular basis.
• You must submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Cadre Controlling Authority of your current institution.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 55 years for all categories.
• Age will be calculated as on the closing date of application (2 June 2026).

Salary

• Pay scale: Level-13 (7th CPC).
• Salary range: Rs. 1,23,100 to Rs. 2,15,900 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per central government rules applicable on deputation.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in a single stage:

1. Interview: Selection will be based on an Interview in order of merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview by the Selection Committee.

3. Fill the form completely (typed or handwritten) and paste a recent photograph.

5. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents (10th, 12th, Graduation, MBA/PG Diploma certificates), NOC, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Integrity Certificate, and No Major/Minor Penalty Certificate.
