UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2026 — 501 Vacancies

UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2026: Overview

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has opened online applications for its Samiksha Adhikari (Review Officer) and Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Assistant Review Officer) Examination under Advertisement No. A-4/E-1/2026. The Commission lists this drive as an examination-based recruitment, so you compete through a UPPSC exam rather than an interview-only route. Besides the two headline posts, the same advertisement also covers other posts, all filled for service in Uttar Pradesh.

The Commission works from its office at 10, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Prayagraj, and every step of this recruitment — the form, the fee and later updates — runs through its online candidate portal. Read the full official advertisement before you start, because the post-wise split, the qualification for each post and the reservation details are all set out there.

Posts and Disciplines

• Samiksha Adhikari (Review Officer): the senior of the two headline posts filled through this examination.
• Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Assistant Review Officer): the assistant-level post that sits alongside the Review Officer post in the same exam.
• Other posts: the advertisement adds further posts to the same examination notice; check the official advertisement for the exact list and the qualification each one needs before you apply.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Online only: UPPSC accepts applications for this advertisement only through its online system; there is no paper form.
• OTR is compulsory: your One Time Registration (OTR) number is the only registration number the Commission accepts for any of its posts. If you do not have one yet, create it before you open the form.
• Fee reconciliation: UPPSC keeps a separate fee reconciliation window after the payment deadline. Use it to confirm that your payment has been matched with your form.
• Form corrections: a modification window stays open after the application deadline, so you can fix mistakes in a submitted form within that period.
• Candidate Dashboard: the Commission posts updates about your application form, examination and interview on the Candidate Dashboard, so log in regularly.
