About This Job

NCERT is hiring 8 project staff posts in the Department of Educational Psychology and Foundations of Education, New Delhi. If you have a PG degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, Social Work, Sociology or Philosophy, you can attend the walk-in interview. National Council of Educational Research and Training SRA and JPF Recruitment 2026 - 8 Posts

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has issued a notice dated 15 June 2026 for temporary project staff in DEPFE. Salary

  • SRA with NET/Ph.D.: Rs. 42,000 per month.
  • SRA Non-NET: Rs. 40,000 per month.
  • JPF with NET/Ph.D.: Rs. 37,000 per month.
  • JPF Non-NET: Rs. 35,000 per month.
  • Tenure: The posts are temporary and contractual up to 31 March 2027.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through walk-in interview and document verification. The notice does not mention any written test for these posts.

  1. Registration: Reach NCERT and register between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 25 June 2026.
  2. Late reporting cut-off: Candidates appearing after 11:00 AM will not be considered.
  3. Document Verification: Bring original certificates, self-attested photocopies and all related documents.
  4. Walk-in Interview: Attend the interview at GB Pant Block, 5th Floor, NCERT.
  5. Final joining: The selected candidate may need to join immediately.
