IIT Hyderabad Senior Consultant Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, has released advertisement IITH/CS/53 for the post of Senior Consultant – Corporate Relations. The engagement is for 11 months on a contract basis and may be extended based on your performance and the institute's needs. This is a senior professional role that reports directly to the Dean, Alumni and Corporate Relations, and is ideal for experienced professionals in industry liaison, CSR and fundraising.

Who Can Apply?

You can apply if you meet either of these criteria:

• Criteria I: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, fundraising or administrative roles
• Criteria II: Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate relations, fundraising or administrative roles

Desirable Skills

• Proven experience working with government organisations on CSR initiatives, fundraising campaigns and corporate engagements (handling 20+ projects with documented outcomes)
• Strong administrative skills in record-keeping and data management using tools like Excel or CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills with experience preparing reports and stakeholder updates
• Familiarity with higher education ecosystems is preferred

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 45 years as on the last date of application (15 June 2026)
• Relaxation in upper age limit applies in cases of horizontal reservation as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Fixed monthly salary of Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• The amount is subject to statutory deductions as applicable.
• Working hours are 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. No TA/DA is paid for attending the selection.
