Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute or university.
• Marks: Minimum 55% marks in your engineering degree.
• Passing Year: You must have passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025 only — candidates from other batches are not eligible.
• This opportunity is aimed at giving fresh engineering graduates hands-on, on-the-job training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, so prior work experience is not required.

Salary

The selection is based on a single, transparent stage:

1. Merit List: Candidates are ranked purely on their BE/B.Tech marks. There is no written exam, group discussion, or interview for this apprenticeship — your academic performance alone decides your selection.

Because there's no interview round, make sure your marksheet copy is clear and accurate when you apply, since your merit rank is calculated directly from the percentage shown on it.

On successful completion of the one-year training period, you will receive an apprenticeship completion certificate under the Apprentices Act, 1961, along with valuable hands-on project experience gained at a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise.
