Engineering Projects India Limited (EPIL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Heavy Industries, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, has released Advertisement No. SRO-HRM-RECTT-002/2026-27 to engage 2 Graduate Apprentices. One post is at the Southern Regional Office (SRO) in Chennai and one at the Project Coordination Office (PCO) in Hyderabad, though you could be posted at any of EPIL's controlled project sites. Fresh engineering graduates from the 2023, 2024 or 2025 passing batch in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering can apply. Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute or university.

Selection Process (No Interview)
The selection is based on a single, transparent stage:
- Merit List: Candidates are ranked purely on their BE/B.Tech marks. There is no written exam, group discussion, or interview for this apprenticeship — your academic performance alone decides your selection.

On successful completion of the one-year training period, you will receive an apprenticeship completion certificate under the Apprentices Act, 1961, along with valuable hands-on project experience gained at a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise.
