- Chief Medical Officer (Specialist) and Senior Counselor: Rs. 78,800 - Rs. 2,09,200 per month (Level 12)
- Medical Officer, Counselor and Sr. Security Officer: Rs. 56,100 - Rs. 1,77,500 per month (Level 10)
- Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA): 20% of basic pay for Chief Medical Officer and Medical Officer
- Plus DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per Central Government rules

Responsibilities
- Handle OPD consultations, emergency care and preventive health programmes for students, staff and faculty (medical posts)
- Maintain medical records, prescriptions and patient case files at the Institute Health Centre
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students dealing with academic, personal and mental health issues (counselor posts)
- Run mental health awareness drives, workshops and crisis-intervention programmes on campus
- Manage security operations, deployment of guards and CCTV monitoring across the campus (security post)
- Coordinate with local police, fire services and the district administration on safety issues
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters and incident reports for the security wing
- Assist the Registrar and Dean of Student Welfare on welfare and emergency response duties
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
MBBS (for medical posts) / Post Graduate degree in Psychology or Psychiatric Social Work (for counselor posts) / Retired Armed Forces officer with minimum rank (for security post)
Preferred Qualification
MD in Medicine or Pediatrics for Chief Medical Officer; M.Phil/PhD in Clinical Psychology for Senior Counselor
