ACTREC Fellowship in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Nursing 2026 - 2 Seats

The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), the R&D satellite of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) under the Department of Atomic Energy, has opened admissions for its Fellowship in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Nursing (Advt No. ACTREC/Advt/133/2026, dated 14 July 2026). This is a super-specialty training program designed to build skilled nurses who can confidently manage patients undergoing chemotherapy and stem cell transplants, and support their families through treatment. As a fellow, you will also help teach and supervise other nurses and allied health workers, and work with other departments to make the best use of available resources. Only 2 seats are available for the batch starting in August 2026, so competition will be tough. Both male and female registered nurses can apply.

Tata Memorial Centre is India's National Cancer Grid anchor institute, and ACTREC is its dedicated research and treatment satellite. Hematopoietic stem cell transplant is one of the most complex and high-stakes cancer treatments available, and specially trained nursing staff are essential for patient safety during and after the procedure. Completing this fellowship gives you a certificate from Tata Memorial Centre and prepares you to take on advanced nursing roles in oncology and transplant units at hospitals across the country.
