Ltd. The position is for 12 months, extendable as per requirement. There is no written exam — you only need to attend the walk-in interview with your documents to be considered. This role keeps ACTREC's air conditioning and refrigeration systems running smoothly across the campus, which matters a lot at a cancer treatment center where climate control affects patient care areas, laboratories, and sensitive equipment.

ACTREC is the research and academic arm of the Tata Memorial Centre, working alongside Tata Memorial Hospital on cancer treatment, research, and education. The facility runs continuously through the year, so its air conditioning and refrigeration systems need dependable, hands-on technicians who can respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out routine servicing without delay.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: SSC (10th) passed with a 2-year ITI/NCTVT certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) from a government-recognized institute
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in handling air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Work Conditions: You must be willing to work in shifts, including nights, Sundays, and holidays, and take up general HVAC maintenance duties as and when required

This role is well suited to candidates who already have hands-on RAC servicing experience and are comfortable working independently on-site, since ACTREC's air conditioning network covers labs, wards, and administrative areas that all need to stay operational.

• You should be up to 33 years old (relaxable on the basis of experience).

Salary

• Selected candidates get a consolidated salary of Rs. 26,210 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on your experience above the minimum eligibility criteria.
• This is a 12-month contract, extendable as per requirement.
• The role is on outsourced contract terms through A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd., not a direct ACTREC appointment.
