Who Can Apply?

IGRUA needs someone who is equally comfortable with aviation hardware and everyday IT systems, since this single role covers simulator upkeep, networking, website management and cybersecurity. Here is what you need to be eligible:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Experience: You need a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in software development, maintenance and support, with demonstrated design or maintenance of at least 2-3 functional standalone or networked applications.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on work experience in aircraft simulator maintenance, computer hardware debugging, installation of operating systems/drivers, and knowledge of CCTV operations.
• Software Skills: You should be comfortable with MS Excel (Advanced/VBA/Macros), Visual Basic/VB.NET, database management tools (MS Access, MySQL, SQL Server), Windows OS and networking systems, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, website development, and CMS tools like Drupal.
• Cybersecurity Skills: Core fundamentals of cybersecurity including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, SQL injection, XSS, threat management and common vulnerability management. Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and ERP solutions is also expected.
• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

• You should not be older than 55 years as on 1 July 2026.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a fixed salary of Rs. 1,30,000 per month for the 11-month contract period.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: IGRUA will screen every application against the qualification and 8+ years experience criteria. Only eligible candidates move to the next stage.
2. Written Test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for a written test and/or interview to assess technical knowledge of simulator systems, networking and software tools. As needed, online interviews are conducted, and the meeting link is shared on your registered email a day in advance.
3. Document Verification: Your original educational certificates, experience letters and identity proof will be checked against the self-attested copies you submitted.
4. Medical Fitness: Your final appointment depends on being declared medically fit for the role.
