Digital India Corporation (DIC), under the Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has invited applications for the post of Engagement Manager. This is a contractual position with 2 vacancies — one each in Patna (Bihar) and Bhubaneswar (Odisha).

Who Can Apply

Educational Qualification:

• B.S. / B.Tech / B.E. or B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science with a postgraduate degree in a technical background
• Candidates with an MBA or M.Tech will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solutions sales or IT consulting
• Experience handling large-value deals or government-facing roles is preferred

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 58 years (as on 07 March 2026)
• No minimum age is specified in the notification

Language Preference:

• Patna post: Knowledge of Hindi or a regional Bihar language is preferred
• Bhubaneswar post: Knowledge of Odia is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel extensively as part of the job
• Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer

Salary

The salary for this post will be as per industry norms and will depend on your qualification and experience. No fixed pay scale has been mentioned in the official notification.
