The Office of the Collector (Women & Child Development Department), District Raigarh has released a notification (Notice No. 195) for 3 contractual posts in the District Child Protection Unit under the Mission Vatsalya Scheme. The posts cover Data Analyst, Social Worker, and Outreach Worker roles. Chhattisgarh domicile is compulsory, and candidates with experience in the women and child welfare sector are preferred. Who Can Apply?

Data Analyst (Rs. 18,536/month)

• You must be a graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer from a recognised university.
• You should be able to work on computers using MS Office, Tally, and other web-based software.
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in the women and child welfare field.

Social Worker (Rs. 18,536/month)

• You must be a graduate in Social Work, Sociology or Social Science from a recognised university.
• You should be able to work on computers using MS Office and other web-based software.
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in the women and child welfare field.

Outreach Worker (Rs. 10,592/month)

• You must have passed 12th class from a recognised board.
• You should have good communication skills.
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in the women and child welfare field.

Chhattisgarh domicile is mandatory for all posts, with a valid residence certificate from the competent authority.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 1 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation is given as per Chhattisgarh Government rules, but the maximum age after all relaxations will not cross 45 years.

Salary

• Data Analyst: Rs. 18,536 per month (fixed, consolidated)
• Social Worker: Rs. 18,536 per month (fixed, consolidated)
• Outreach Worker: Rs. 10,592 per month (fixed, consolidated)

Selection Process

Selection is based on merit and a skill test/interview:

1. Merit List: Prepared using a point system — 70% weightage on qualifying exam marks, plus 2 marks for each year of experience beyond the minimum (maximum 10 marks).
2. Skill Test and Interview (20 marks): For posts with both a skill test and interview, 10 marks are for the skill test and 10 marks for the interview. Candidates are called in a 1:5 ratio per post.
3. Final Selection: Based on total marks. In case of a tie, the older candidate is preferred.
