Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL) is hiring a Junior Translator on a full-time contract for its corporate office in Kanpur. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract duration: the initial engagement lasts one year. AWEIL may extend it annually up to a total of three years after reviewing your performance and its staffing needs.
• No absorption claim: you will sign the prescribed contract agreement. The contract gives no right to an extension or absorption into the company.
• Posting and movement: the main place of work is the corporate office. You may be sent to AWEIL units or government offices for official work, and the company may transfer you to another unit or office if needed.
• Office schedule: normal headquarters timings apply. If urgent work calls for attendance on Saturdays or other holidays, the notice says there will be no additional compensation.
• Leave: casual leave accrues at one day per month on a proportionate basis, up to twelve days. You can also use it in half-day blocks.

• Recruitment decisions: AWEIL can reject an application at any stage and its recruitment decisions are final. False information, impersonation or attempts to influence the process can lead to cancellation and further action.
• Contract framework: the notice states that the new labour codes apply to newly engaged contract employees.
