• CDA route: Officers in Sr. Scale Level-11 can apply.
• Group B route: Officers in Group B Level-10 with 10 years of gazetted Group B service can apply.
• IDA route: Officers in IDA E-4 (Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000) for 4 years can apply.

Experience Needed
