Selection Process

There is no written exam for these posts. ONGC shortlists candidates in a 1:20 ratio (20 candidates called per post) using a weighted score — 40 marks for qualification and 60 marks for experience. Shortlisted candidates then appear for a personal interview worth 30 marks, and you need to score at least 18 out of 30 in the interview to qualify. Final selection is merit-based on your combined score across all three parameters.
