Who Can Apply?

For Officer in Charge and Dental Officers (Rs. 95,000/month):

• Officer in Charge: Any graduate with minimum 5 years of work experience in healthcare institutions or managerial positions.
• Dental Officer (Panaji/Sindhudurg): BDS degree with minimum 3 years of work experience.

For Paramedical and Technical Staff (Rs. 36,500/month):

• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Class I Nursing Assistant course (Armed Forces), minimum 5 years experience.
• Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute, or 10th/12th with Science plus an approved Pharmacy Diploma recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, registered under the Pharmacy Act 1948, minimum 3 years experience.
• Dental Attendant/Technician/Hygienist: Diploma holder in Dental Hygiene/Class-I DH/DORA course (Armed Forces), minimum 5 years experience.

For Support Staff (Rs. 21,800 - Rs. 25,600/month):

• Ambulance Driver: 8th pass with Class 1 MT Driver qualification (Armed Forces) and a civil driving licence, minimum 5 years experience.
• Female Attendant / Safaiwala: Literate with minimum 5 years work experience.

Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen candidates for all posts. The engagement is for a period of one year, renewable for an additional year (or until the candidate reaches the maximum permissible age), subject to satisfactory performance and other conditions.

Salary

• Fixed monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 21,800 for Safaiwala/Attendant posts to Rs. 95,000 for Officer in Charge and Dental Officer posts.
• Remuneration is fixed and consolidated for the one-year contractual period — no separate DA/HRA is mentioned.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through the following steps:

1. Application Screening: Submit your application in the prescribed format along with self-attested photocopies of certificates, in duplicate.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates must appear for a personal interview on 27 August 2026 at 0900 hrs, at ECHS Cell, Station HQ Panaji, S V Road, Near Panaji Police Station, Goa.
3. Document Verification: Bring original certificates, mark sheets, degree/diploma certificates, discharge book, PPO, and service records for verification at the interview.

No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. Selected candidates will undergo a 10-day unpaid On Job Training (OJT) before joining.
