About This Job

NIT Raipur is hiring 1 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for an ANRF-sponsored research project in the Electrical Engineering Department. If you have M.Tech, B.Tech, or MS (Research) in Electronics, Electrical, VLSI, Mechatronics, Optics, Optoelectronics or a related field with CSIR/UGC-NET or valid GATE, you can apply by email. NIT Raipur JRF Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Institute of Technology Raipur (NIT Raipur) has announced this temporary project JRF post under ANRF project ANRF/ARG/2025/002949/ENS. The project title is Development of a health monitoring system based on quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopic technique for detection of biomarkers in the human exhaled breath matrix. The project is sanctioned for 3 years and will be carried out in collaboration with IIT Madras.

This is a research-focused engineering role for candidates who want to work on sensors, optics, photonics and health-monitoring technology. The post is linked to the project and will continue only while the project continues, subject to yearly performance review.
