• Useful tools: MS Excel, Tally, PFMS and financial-management systems are desirable.

Technical Associate

• Bachelor's route: B.E./B.Tech in CSE, IT or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Postgraduate route: M.Tech/ME/MS/MCA in CSE, IT or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical skills: Java, J2EE, C/C++, Python, algorithms, REST APIs, databases, Linux, shell scripting, web hosting and security are among the desired areas.

Outreach Associate

• Bachelor's route: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master's route: M.Tech/ME/MS or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Outreach skills: Media writing, photography, videography, social platforms, Microsoft Office, web work and stakeholder communication are desirable.

Data Analytics

• Bachelor's route: A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Applications or a related subject with 3 years in analysis, visualization and reporting.
• Master's route: A master's in one of those fields with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Analytics skills: Excel, Python/R, Java, J2EE, Power BI/Tableau, data modelling, AI/ML, cloud platforms, data privacy, SQL/NoSQL and presentation ability are desirable.

Applicants with experience in IITs, NITs, Technology Innovation Hubs, R&D centres, laboratories or similar institutions may receive consideration under the relaxation clauses stated in the advertisement. Meeting the minimum degree and experience does not guarantee a test or interview call because IBITF can apply shortlisting criteria.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for all four roles is 45 years.
• Relaxation: Relevant work in a Technology Innovation Hub, R&D centre or laboratory may be considered for age and qualification relaxation.

Salary
