National Institute of Technology Raipur ANRF JRF Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Institute of Technology Raipur (NIT Raipur), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, is filling one time-bound research position for an Anusandhan National Research Foundation Inclusivity Research Grant project. The work belongs to project file ANRF/IRG/2024/000096/ENS and focuses on photocatalytic treatment of microplastics in wastewater using a reduced-graphene-oxide magnetic N-doped TiO2 catalyst. The appointment begins for 12 months and may continue up to 24 months with semester-wise performance review and the life of the project.

Who Can Apply?

You should check both the essential degree condition and the research profile before applying. The minimum requirement is a first-class postgraduate degree in an approved discipline, while national-test credentials and hands-on laboratory exposure strengthen your application.

• Essential qualification: First-class M.E. or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering, or M.Sc in Chemistry or a related area, from a recognized institute or university.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on document checking and a walk-in interview on 1 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Department of Chemical Engineering. Only applicants meeting the essential qualification will be considered for interview, and the notice does not prescribe a separate written recruitment test.

1. Eligibility screening: The project team checks whether your application and degree satisfy the essential conditions.
