ZP Bilaspur Computer Programmer Recruitment 2026: Overview

Zila Panchayat Bilaspur (ZP Bilaspur) is recruiting a Computer Programmer for the district-level Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin), referred to in the notice as VB-G RAM G. This is a contractual engagement in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, under the rural development programme. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Local residence: You must be a Chhattisgarh domicile holder. The advertised roster position is unreserved and open.
• Initial tenure: The contract runs until 28 February 2027. Further continuation may be considered for one year at a time if the programme needs the post and your work, efficiency, annual appraisal and conduct meet the required standard.
• Service rules: The Chhattisgarh Civil Services Contract Appointment Rules, 2012 apply, including the rules on leave. Conduct is governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965.
• Ending the contract: Either party may end the appointment with one month's notice or one month's salary in place of notice. Contract service does not create entitlement to pension, gratuity or death benefits after it ends.
• Prior service: Dismissal from a government department for indiscipline, improper conduct or irregularities can disqualify an applicant. False information or attempts to influence recruitment can also lead to cancellation.
• Personal declarations: The notice includes marriage-related service conditions, including restrictions involving an existing living spouse and marriage below the legal minimum age, subject to the stated government exception.
