Government ITI Narayanpur Guest Lecturer Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

The Office of the Principal, Nodal Government Industrial Training Institute Narayanpur, has opened a temporary Guest Lecturer position against the vacant Training Officer post for the Drone Technician 6-month course. The engagement is governed by the directions of the Directorate of Employment and Training, Chhattisgarh, and is meant for the 2026-27 training session.

This is not a regular government appointment. The lecturer's service is valid only for the approved training period, and the institute can end the arrangement if a regular, transferred, contractual or promoted employee joins the post. The advertised count may also be increased, reduced or withdrawn according to the training requirement.

The notice makes Chhattisgarh domicile mandatory and says the normal reservation rules do not apply to this guest engagement. A person selected at more than one institution or trade must join at one place; selection for the remaining choices will then be treated as cancelled.

Age Limit

The payment depends on the actual teaching periods handled and can change if the Chhattisgarh Government revises the approved rate. If the monthly work does not match the prescribed periods, the amount is reduced proportionately. The notice does not offer a regular pay scale or separate allowances.

Government holidays are observed, but the guest lecturer does not get a separate leave entitlement under this arrangement. The appointment does not create a claim to regular government service or any permanent benefit.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The institute prepares merit from the percentage scored in the minimum technical qualification for the relevant trade. There is no written examination mentioned in the notice.

1. Application Check: The institute checks the prescribed form, Chhattisgarh domicile, age, marksheets and technical certificates.
2. Merit Preparation: Degree, diploma or ITI marks applicable to the Drone Technician trade are used to arrange applicants by merit.
3. Instructor-Training Preference: Applicants holding a relevant CTI, ATI or CITS certificate receive priority. If no such applicant is available, merit is prepared from the accepted technical qualification.
