Who Can Apply?

Teaching Associate

One route is a PhD in Agricultural Sciences. The other route is a Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences after a four- or five-year bachelor's degree, with first division or an equivalent overall grade, at least three years of relevant teaching or research experience, and one research paper in an SCI or NAAS-rated journal with a rating above 4.0.

For a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences following a three-year bachelor's and two-year master's course, NET qualification is required. All relevant degrees must have been completed at ICAR-accredited universities or colleges. Bring proof for the exact degree, experience, paper and NET route that applies to you.

Teaching Assistant

You need a four-year B.Sc (Agriculture) or B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) degree from an ICAR-accredited university or college. The notice does not add an experience requirement for Teaching Assistants, but your degree and institutional accreditation must match its wording.
