Who Can Apply?

• Eligible background: You must have taken Voluntary Retirement or retired on superannuation from Railways, other Government departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or government-controlled JV companies.
• Experience: You must have service experience in Diesel Loco Maintenance and/or Diesel Loco Operations.
• CDA scale route: Retired/VR officers from PB-3/2 with Grade Pay Rs. 5,400 / Rs. 4,800 under 6th CPC, revised to Matrix Level 10 / 9 / 8 under 7th CPC, can apply.
• IDA scale route: Retired/VR officers from E-3 IDA scale Rs. 24,900-50,500 under 2nd PRC, revised to Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 under 3rd PRC, can apply.
• Note: Higher grade pay or pay scale granted under ACP/MACP will not be counted for eligibility.
• Preference: Knowledge of MS Office and Tender Management will be preferred.

• Maximum age: 63 years
• Age reference date: Age will be counted as on 24 June 2026, the last date for receiving applications.

Salary

• Pay Scale: E-3 scale of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000.
• Starting Basic Pay: Selected candidate will be placed at Rs. 60,000 basic pay.
• Allowances: IDA and HRA will be admissible as per rules.
• Cafeteria Perks: Perks under cafeteria will be paid at 20% of basic pay.
• Transport Allowance: 10% of basic pay per month if company vehicle is not provided.
• Phone/Internet Reimbursement: Mobile, landline, or broadband reimbursement up to Rs. 1,000 per month.
• No Performance Related Pay is payable for this post.
