The Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), ICDS Project Tirtol, working under the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Odisha, is filling vacant Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika) posts at Anganwadi centres in Tirtol block of Jagatsinghpur district. The engagement follows the department's guidelines issued under letter no. 4970 of 15 March 2023.

Posts and Disciplines

Each vacancy is tied to one Anganwadi centre and its village survey list. You can apply only for the centre whose survey list includes your house.

• Bandhabati centre: covers house no. 1 to 136 in the Bandhabati village survey.
• Khadala centre: covers house no. 1 to 91 in the Khadala village survey.
• Puting centre: covers house no. 1 to 122 in the Puting village survey.
• Fourth centre: covers house no. 1 to 84 of its village survey; check the village name in the official notice table.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Local residence: You must be a permanent resident of the centre's area, and your house must appear in the Anganwadi Worker's survey list.
• Women only: The notice calls for female candidates only.
• Odia language: You must have passed Class 7 or Class 10 with Odia and be able to read and write Odia.
• Nature of work: You should be willing to cook and serve food and help the Anganwadi Worker with the centre's daily work.
• Certificates: Caste and permanent resident certificates must be issued by the Tahasildar within the last five years.
• Extra marks: SC/ST, widow, orphan, husband-deserted or destitute women and those with higher education get additional marks as per government rules.
• Cancellation: The CDPO, Tirtol can cancel this notice fully or partly at any time without giving a reason.

Application Submission Notes

Apply only online through the public login on the Odisha Anganwadi engagement portal and upload clear copies of every certificate there. Offline forms and paper copies of documents are not accepted.

On the verification date given in the notice, come in person to the CDPO office, Tirtol at 10:00 AM with all your original certificates. If you are absent that day, your application will not be considered. Objections about caste, education or residence claims must also be uploaded online within the time limit in the notice.
