RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel), the telecom and ICT public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has released Vacancy Notice No. 18/2026 for one Chief Manager (E3) / Senior Manager (E3) post in Delhi, Northern Region. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Deputation tenure: Three years, or until RCIL is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever comes first.
• Re-employment tenure: One year at first, extendable as long as the work needs it, at the management's discretion.
