ICAR-IARI Manager Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI), New Delhi has announced a contractual Manager (Marketing & Communication) post at its Zonal Technology Management & Business Planning and Development Unit. The selected person will work with the COO and CEO of Pusa Krishi and help run incubation, marketing and startup support activities. This is a high-salary contract role for candidates with agri-business, marketing, startup or incubation experience.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: MBA, PGDM or equivalent Master's degree from a UGC recognised institute or university.
• Accepted Fields: Agriculture, Agri-Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, Economics, Agri Economics or International Business.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in marketing, business plan development, startup project assessment, entrepreneurship development or related work.
• Social Media: Candidates should be well conversant in managing social media.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 50 years for Manager (Marketing & Communication)
• Age will be checked as per the interview and institute rules.

Salary

• Fixed salary: Rs. 1.5 lakh per month
• The post is contractual and linked to the project period.
• The contract is mentioned up to 30 September 2026 or project termination, whichever is earlier.

Key Work Areas

• Incubation support: Help create and run service offerings for entrepreneurs and start-ups.
• Marketing strategy: Develop marketing material, channels, strategies and plans for the incubator.
• Partnerships: Build links with industry, academics, investors and institutions.
• Startup mentoring: Coach start-ups on product positioning, business collaboration and innovation mindset.
• Events and training: Organise workshops, mentorship programmes, networking seminars and collaboration events.

Selection Process
