Key Highlights

• Part-time engagement at HAL's Industrial Health Centres in Hyderabad and Bangalore
• Visiting Doctors get up to 20 visits per month, each lasting 6 hours
• No application fee for any category
• Initial engagement is for 2 years, extendable based on performance with a 10% pay hike on renewal
• Only Indian Nationals can apply -- qualifications must be recognized by MCI/State Medical Council or RCI
• PwD candidates are eligible across multiple disability categories

Selection Process

There is no written exam for these positions. HAL will shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience, and shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the HAL website, and interview details will be sent via email.

• Provide medical treatment and consultation to HAL employees and their dependent family members at the Industrial Health Centre
• Attend to emergency medical situations as and when called upon
• Visit the company hospital on designated days as per organizational requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of all official matters and sensitive information
• Follow all company rules and regulations governing the part-time engagement
