NLC Graduate Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026: Overview

NLC India Limited (NLCIL), the Navratna Government of India enterprise headquartered at Neyveli, Tamil Nadu, is hiring Graduate Executive Trainees (GETs) in several engineering disciplines under Advertisement No. 10/2026. Shortlisting is built on your GATE 2025 score, so GATE 2026 scores are not what this drive asks for — you register with your GATE 2025 registration number and paper code.

NLC released a press notification on 24 September 2026 and followed it with a corrigendum on 9 October 2026. If you wrote GATE 2025 in one of the listed papers and want an executive career at a power and mining company, this is the drive to watch.

Posts and Disciplines

The online form accepts five GATE 2025 papers, one for each GET discipline:

• Mechanical Engineering (ME): GET posts in the mechanical discipline.
• Electrical Engineering (EE): GET posts in the electrical discipline.
• Civil Engineering (CE): GET posts in the civil discipline.
• Mining Engineering (MN): GET posts in the mining discipline.
• Computer Engineering (CS): GET posts in the computer discipline.

NLC's official pages that are openly reachable do not show the discipline-wise vacancy count, pay, age limit or fee; read the press notification and its corrigendum on nlcindia.in before you apply.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• GATE year: Only the GATE 2025 score card counts; the form asks for the GATE 2025 registration number and paper code exactly as printed on it.
• Read the advertisement first: NLC asks you to check the detailed advertisement and make sure you meet every eligibility condition before applying.
• Contact details: Keep a personal email ID and mobile number active for at least one year — NLC sends every update only to them.

Application Submission Notes

Apply on the NLC online recruitment portal for Advt. 10/2026. Register once as a new user with your name as per your SSLC mark sheet, email, mobile and GATE 2025 details; multiple registrations are not accepted. You must click the activation link mailed to you before you can log in, and you will need scanned copies of your photo and signature. Online registration closes at 17:00 hours on the last day.
