- Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 10 of the 7th CPC.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 37,800 - Rs. 1,19,700 per month.
- Grade Pay: Rs. 4,200.

Selection Process
Selection happens in two stages:
- Written Examination (100 marks): 2 hours, OMR-based objective type multiple choice questions. The paper covers English Proficiency, General Knowledge, General Aptitude, and Reasoning.
- Interview / Viva Voce (20 marks): Candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates per post) based on written exam merit. You must score at least 12 out of 20 marks (60%) in the interview to qualify.
Final selection is based on the total of written exam + interview marks. If two candidates score the same total, the one with higher written exam marks wins. If still tied, the older candidate is given preference.

- Assist judges and judicial officers with case-related administrative work at the Kohima Bench
- Maintain case files, registers, and court records as per the High Court rules
- Prepare cause lists, daily orders, and routine office correspondence
- Handle data entry of case details into the court management system
- Coordinate with advocates, litigants, and staff for case listing and document submission
- Manage incoming and outgoing official communication of the bench
- Follow High Court rules of conduct and report to the senior officers
