Who Can Apply?

For Senior Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine) — Rs. 1,08,320/month:

• Qualification: M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine Technology or an equivalent qualification recognized by AERB, Mumbai.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Nuclear Medicine Department of a hospital.
• Candidates with Radiological Safety Officer Level-II certification will be preferred.

For Perfusionist — Rs. 56,640/month:

• Qualification: B.Sc degree from a recognized university, plus a Certificate in Perfusion Technology from a recognized body such as the Association of Thoracic and Cardio Vascular Surgeons of India.
• Experience: At least 1 year of training/experience in Clinical Perfusion.
• Prior working experience in clinical perfusion is desirable.

Age Limit

• For Senior Medical Physicist, you should be between 21 and 35 years old as on the closing date of application.
• For Perfusionist, you should be between 18 and 30 years old as on the closing date of application.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC-NCL candidates get 3 years, and PwBD candidates get 10 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
• Government Employees: Central/State Government employees with 3+ years of continuous service get up to 5 years relaxation (Group A/B posts) or up to 40 years of age (Group C posts).
• Ex-Servicemen: Get 5 years relaxation for Group A posts, or length of military service plus 3 years for Group B and C posts.

Salary

• Senior Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine): Rs. 1,08,320 per month (consolidated).
• Perfusionist: Rs. 56,640 per month (consolidated).
• These are consolidated monthly emoluments — no separate DA, HRA or TA allowances are mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done in 2 stages:

2. Interview / Evaluation: The date, time, and venue will be notified later on the AIIMS Mangalagiri website. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Note: Both positions are on a contractual basis — the initial contract is for 11 months and can be extended by another 11 months depending on the institute's requirement. The engagement can be terminated at any time without notice by the institute, but selected candidates must give the institute a 30 days' notice before resigning. Candidates already working in Central/State Government, PSU, or autonomous bodies must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with their application.
