ACTREC requires a Rs. 1,33,623 security or caution deposit for Senior Residents and 1-Year Fellows. You can pay it when joining or have it deducted from salary in five equal instalments. The amount is refundable without interest after you complete the appointment under the stated conditions.

A resident may resign after completing 5 months by serving one month’s notice, making 6 months of total service, and can then qualify for a deposit refund. If a resident leaves without the required notice, the final 30 days’ salary may be forfeited. A fellow leaving before the full 1-year fellowship can lose the complete deposit.

Selection Process (No Fixed Written Exam)

The advertised route is a walk-in or online interview. ACTREC first checks the documents and may restrict the interview group using qualifications, experience, vacancy availability and a selection benchmark.
