ACTREC Trial Coordinator Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), part of Tata Memorial Centre, has opened one project-based Trial Coordinator post under advertisement ACTREC/ADVT-155/2026. The appointment is connected to a clinical study and is offered for six months or one year, with scope for extension.

The project is a Phase 2 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of Lutetium-177 Rituximab in people with relapsed or refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma and Follicular Lymphoma. This makes the role suitable for someone who understands clinical-research processes, accurate study records, participant coordination, and careful work in an oncology setting.

The notice names Pharmacy, Life Science, Botany, Biotechnology, and Zoology as examples of relevant postgraduate subjects. If your degree has a different but closely related title, bring enough academic records to show its subject area. The PG Diploma in Clinical Research remains mandatory regardless of the postgraduate stream.

Use your CV to connect previous work with clinical study coordination, consent records, participant follow-up, or research data. Laboratory or hospital experience can support your profile when it is genuinely relevant, but describe the actual tasks you handled instead of using a broad job title alone.

Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: You need a postgraduate degree in a relevant Science subject such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Botany, Biotechnology, Zoology, or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory course: You must also have a PG Diploma in Clinical Research.
  • Preferred experience: At least 6 months of clinical-research experience is desirable, but the notice does not describe it as mandatory.
  • Role fit: Your CV should clearly show study coordination, clinical documentation, participant-facing work, data handling, or related oncology-research exposure.

The qualification and Clinical Research diploma are both mandatory. Carry records for every qualification and experience claim because ACTREC asks applicants to bring original certificates as well as photocopies to the venue.

The notice does not state an age limit or application fee. Do not rely on age or fee conditions from another ACTREC recruitment because advertisement ACTREC/ADVT-155/2026 is a separate project notice.

Salary

  • Consolidated salary: Rs. 30,000 per month
  • Appointment period: Six months or one year, with extension possible
  • Regular pay scale: No pay level, grade pay, DA, or HRA is listed in this project advertisement

The advertised amount is a fixed consolidated monthly salary, not a permanent government pay scale. Any extension will depend on the project and ACTREC’s decision, so applicants should treat the stated initial duration and salary as the confirmed terms.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

ACTREC will select the Trial Coordinator through a walk-in interview and document check. The notice does not announce a written examination, online test, or separate application-screening deadline.

  1. Venue Reporting: Reach Meeting Room-306 during the stated reporting window and register for the walk-in.
  2. Document Verification: Staff may check your CV, photograph, education records, experience proof, and Aadhaar Card against the originals.
  3. Interview: The panel will assess your qualification, Clinical Research background, relevant experience, and fit for the Phase 2 oncology study.
  4. Final Selection: The selected person will receive appointment instructions for the project role.

Reporting is limited to 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, so plan to arrive early enough to locate Paymaster Shodhika and organize your documents. The advertisement does not promise entry to anyone reporting after the window.

How to Apply

  1. Read the direct advertisement ACTREC/ADVT-155/2026 on actrec.gov.in.
  2. Prepare a recent CV that clearly lists your postgraduate degree, PG Diploma in Clinical Research, and relevant work experience.
  3. Arrange one recent passport-size photograph.
  4. Bring original certificates for education and experience along with clear photocopies of each record.
  5. Carry your Aadhaar Card as identity proof and take both the original and a photocopy.
  6. Attend the walk-in on 25 August 2026 at Meeting Room-306, 3rd Floor, Paymaster Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai-410210.
  7. Report between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM and complete venue registration before the interview.

This is a direct walk-in process, so there is no separate application portal or email form. Keep the documents in the same order as your CV so the verification desk can match each claim quickly.
