All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Mangalagiri has released Advertisement No. AIIMS/MG/Admin/Recruitment/03/Non-Faculty/2026/02 for 4 Non-Faculty Group-A posts on a direct recruitment basis. AIIMS Mangalagiri was set up by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) to correct regional healthcare imbalances and strengthen quality medical education, and this drive adds specialist manpower to that mission. The vacancies cover three specialist roles - Clinical Psychologist, Medical Officer (AYUSH) in Siddha and Yoga & Naturopathy streams, and Medical Physicist for Nuclear Medicine. All posts carry Pay Level 10 and selection is based purely on your Interview performance - there is no written exam for merit. Vacancy Details

Who Can Apply?

For Clinical Psychologist:

• Qualification: M.A. / M.Sc in Psychology with M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Clinical Psychology.
• Desirable: Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.

For Medical Officer (AYUSH):

• Qualification: A degree in the relevant AYUSH stream from a recognized university, with enrolment on the Central or State Register of Indian Medicine.
• Experience: 3 years of clinical and/or teaching experience in a recognized hospital or teaching institution.
• Desirable: A postgraduate degree in the relevant AYUSH stream.

For Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine):

• Qualification: M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized university/institution, along with RSO Level-II Certification recognized by AERB.
• Desirable: Ph.D in Nuclear Medicine.

Your age, qualification and experience will all be counted as on the closing date of the online application, so make sure you meet every criterion by then.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on the closing date of the online application.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC-NCL candidates get 3 years, and PwBD candidates get 10 years relaxation beyond the upper age limit.
• Ex-Servicemen (Group A posts): 5 years relaxation. Central/State Government employees with 3 or more years of continuous service also get 5 years relaxation.
• SC/ST/OBC candidates who choose to apply against Unreserved vacancies will not get age relaxation for that vacancy.

Salary

• All 4 posts carry a salary of Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month under Pay Level 10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• You will also get usual allowances admissible to Central Government employees of similar status stationed at Mangalagiri, Guntur, including HRA if institute accommodation is not provided.
• Selected candidates come under the New Pension Scheme and serve a 2-year probation period before confirmation.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

AIIMS Mangalagiri will select candidates through Interview only. The stages are:

1. Screening Test (if required): If a large number of candidates apply for a post, the Institute may hold a Screening Test to shortlist candidates for interview. Marks in the Screening Test carry no weightage in the final selection.
2. Interview: Your final selection is based only on your performance in the Interview.
3. Document Verification: You must produce your original certificates for verification, along with an NOC from your employer if you are already in government service.
4. Medical Fitness Test: You must be declared medically fit by AIIMS Mangalagiri's Medical Board before joining.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Screening Test or Interview at any stage of the selection process.
