Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling / Counselling Psychology with at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university
• OR M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work

Experience Required

• Minimum 7 years of work experience in counselling and therapeutic work with adolescents and youth
• Experience handling administrative tasks, navigating systems, and coordination
• Planning and conceptualisation of outreach programs
• Knowledge of psychological tests (MMPI, MCMI)
• Experience in administering psychological tests and report writing
• Experience conducting workshops, training programmes, and facilitating group sessions with young adults
• Good skills in communication, documentation, proposal writing, and report writing

Salary

• Consolidated pay: Rs. 70,000/- per month

• The contract is extendable based on satisfactory performance and requirement

Selection Process
