SIDBI, set up under an Act of Parliament in 1990, is India's principal financial institution for the promotion and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The GCFV division works on green and sustainable development projects in close cooperation with The World Bank, GCF, JICA, KfW, GIZ, and other international agencies. Through this recruitment (Advt. No. GCFV/30032026/OUT/72754), SIDBI is looking for qualified professionals to join its climate finance initiatives on a full-time contractual basis.

Who Can Apply?

1. Associate Manager -- Finance & Accounting

• Mandatory: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate degree in Economics / CA / ICWA / ICMA
• Experience: At least 3 years post-qualification in operational departments of any Bank / SFBs / FI / NBFC
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint required

2. Office Manager

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Engineering
• Desirable: Master's in Commerce / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: At least 3 years in operational/accounts departments with any Bank / FI / NBFC / CA firm
• Knowledge of MS Office, E-procurement portals, AI tools required

3. Associate Manager -- E-Mobility

• Mandatory: B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, Energy, or Transport Engineering
• Desirable: MBA / Post Graduation in Energy / ESG / Sustainability / Environment
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Electric Vehicles & related EV infrastructure (batteries, charging infra, EV manufacturing)

4. Associate Manager -- Renewable Energy

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy / Power / Renewable Energy)
• Desirable: M.Tech / MBA (Power/Energy Management) / M.Sc. in Renewable Energy
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in grid-connected Renewable/Green Energy projects

5. Associate Manager -- Procurement

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Desirable: MBA / CA / M.Com / M.Tech / PG Diploma in Supply Chain / Procurement / Certificate in Public Procurement / GeMS
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in public procurement and administration

6. Associate Manager -- Monitoring & Evaluation

• Mandatory: B.Tech or BE in Environment, Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or M.Sc. in Environment Science, Climate, or Energy
• Desirable: M.Tech/ME or Certification in ESG / Sustainability / Climate Finance / Energy Auditor
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in monitoring and evaluation projects with knowledge of UNFCCC, PCAF standards, and Paris Agreement

7. Associate Manager -- Environment & Social Safeguard

• Mandatory: Postgraduate in Environmental Management / Environmental Engineering / Climate Change / Social Science / Sociology / Development Studies
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in environmental and social impact assessment in a consultancy, industrial, or commercial role

8. Associate Manager -- Climate

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Energy / Environmental Engineering / Climate Change Energy Management)
• Desirable: Postgraduate in Environment, Energy, Climate Change
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sustainable development, energy efficiency, climate change, with 2 years in multilateral/bilateral agencies (GCF, KfW, AfD, ADB, JICA)

Age Limit

• Positions 1-4 (Finance & Accounting, Office Manager, E-Mobility, Renewable Energy): Age should not be more than 35 years as on 31 March 2026
• Positions 5-8 (Procurement, M&E, E&S Safeguard, Climate): Age should not be more than 40 years as on 31 March 2026

Salary

• Associate Manager (Finance & Accounting, E-Mobility, Renewable Energy) and Office Manager: Up to Rs. 1,50,000 per month (gross CTC, all inclusive)
• Associate Manager (Procurement, M&E, E&S Safeguard, Climate): Up to Rs. 2,50,000 per month (gross CTC, all inclusive)
• The actual salary is negotiable based on your profile, experience, and current CTC
• Travel/halting allowances as per SIDBI Grade A officer norms
• Annual increment: Up to 10% on successful completion of each year
• Leave: 1.5 days per month (max 18 leaves/year), plus public holidays

Selection Process

1. Preliminary Screening: SIDBI will screen all applications and shortlist eligible candidates. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an interview call.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for an interview before a Selection Committee at New Delhi. Interviews may also be conducted via MS Teams (video call).
3. Document Verification: Original certificates will be verified at the time of interview or upon selection.

Note: No written exam is required. Selection is based on your qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

• Handle accounting operations including subsidiary ledger, general ledger, journals, and MIS reports
• Manage compliance and audit support for GST/TDS and internal/external audits
• Work on designing and launching financial products for electric vehicles and renewable energy
• Prepare procurement plans, RfPs, tender/bid documents and facilitate procurement processing
• Monitor and evaluate climate change projects using GCF frameworks and reporting mechanisms
• Assist in environmental and social safeguard assessments for bilateral/multilateral financed projects
• Prepare concept notes, funding proposals, and financial models for green climate projects
• Follow up on contract management, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting
