Who Can Apply?

For Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager / Manager (Legal Department):

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB/BL) from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Preferred: LL.M, or a Diploma/Certificate in Banking Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, or Property Law, along with banking experience. Enrollment as an Advocate with the State Bar Council is desirable.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the banking industry, covering civil, labour, recovery, SARFAESI, arbitration, and scrutiny/vetting of legal documents related to loans and advances.
• Key duties: You will represent the bank in legal matters, coordinate with empanelled advocates, prepare affidavits and plaints, give legal opinions on loans, vet title deeds and mortgage documents, and support HR on disciplinary and contractual matters.

For Officer (Legal Department):

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB/BL) from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Preferred: LL.M, or a Diploma/Certificate in Banking Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, or Property Law, along with banking experience.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry, covering civil, labour, recovery, SARFAESI, arbitration, and legal documentation.
• Key duties: You will scrutinize title deeds and mortgage documents, draft and vet legal notices and agreements, coordinate with courts and tribunals, monitor recovery proceedings, and maintain legal case records.

Age Limit

• You should be below 55 years of age to apply for any of these posts.

Salary
