Who Can Apply?

For Relationship Manager (Rs. 4.00-5.00 lakh p.a.):

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Finance from a reputed university. NISM or equivalent capital market certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or debt instruments.
• Place of Posting: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, New Delhi or Tirunelveli.

For Dealer - Stock Broking Terminals (Rs. 4.20 lakh p.a.):

• Qualification: Graduation with NISM certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of dealing experience.
• Place of Posting: Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Tiruppur, Tiruvannamalai or Varanasi.

All educational qualifications must be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by government regulatory bodies.

Age Limit

• For Relationship Manager, you should be between 25 and 35 years old.
• For Dealer, you should be between 21 and 35 years old.
• The cutoff date for age, qualification and experience is 1 July 2026.

Salary

• Relationship Manager: Rs. 4.00 lakh to Rs. 5.00 lakh per annum (approx. Rs. 33,333 to Rs. 41,667 per month).
• Dealer - Stock Broking Terminals: Rs. 4.20 lakh per annum (approx. Rs. 35,000 per month).
• A performance-linked incentive is paid over and above this, based on your individual performance.

Selection Process

Selection for both posts happens in these stages:

1. Screening: A screening committee reviews all applications to shortlist eligible candidates.
