Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) Project Research Associate-I Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post
Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) has released Advt. No. 14/Project/2026/HR for one Project Research Associate-I position under a plant stress and signalling research project. The project studies inositol polyphosphate roles in crosstalk modulation for biotic and abiotic stress adaptation, with a focus on improving plant defence response and nutritional uptake. This is a project-linked research post, initially for one year and extendable up to the project duration ending on 30 July 2027.
The work will be under Dr. Saikat Bhattacharjee, Associate Professor, RCB. This role is suitable for PhD candidates who are comfortable with molecular biology, plant-pathogen interaction studies, protein purification and protein-protein interaction assays.

- Qualification: You must have a PhD in Life Sciences, Plant Biology, Plant-Pathogen Interactions, Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
