Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: The initial engagement is for six months and may continue based on your performance or until the project ends, whichever comes first. The position remains tied to the funded project, so an extension is not automatic.
• Work split: The selected researcher must spend 15% of the work assignment at AIIMS Rishikesh with the Department of Orthopaedics under Professor Roop Bhoosan Kalia. You should be prepared to coordinate across the Jammu and Rishikesh teams.
• Progress condition: The notice links continuation to visible work progress and states that a researcher unable to demonstrate progress may have to return two months of salary as a penalty. Read this condition carefully before accepting the offer.
